Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Casino Coach app for Android, published by OS Labs Inc.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Casino Coach is a simulated casino game app for learning (Texas Hold'em, blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, video poker, Three Card Poker and slots). It uses play chips with no value. This policy explains what the app does with data.
Summary
- We (the developer) collect no personal data and run no servers.
- The games work fully offline. The only network use is optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob, which load only when you tap "Watch ad".
- No analytics, no accounts, no sign-in, no purchases.
- Your progress is stored on your device only.
Optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob)
You can choose to watch a short ad to get free play chips (at most 5 bonus ads per day, plus up to 3 small rescue ads per day when you are out of chips). Ads never play on their own and never interrupt a hand or a round.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd). When an ad is requested, Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes:
- Device identifiers: the Android advertising ID and app set ID.
- Your IP address (which can indicate approximate location).
- Ad interaction and app usage data (for example ads shown, ad clicks, app version, device model and OS).
- Diagnostics (SDK performance and crash data).
Google uses this data to serve and measure ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to prevent fraud. Depending on your choices and region, ads may be personalised or non-personalised (limited ads). Data is encrypted in transit. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy.
Consent: in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and other regions where required, the app shows Google's consent form before the first ad. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & ads.
Your controls:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on the device) > Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID.
- Opt out of personalised ads: same screen, or adssettings.google.com.
- Request access to or deletion of data Google holds: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
The developer does not receive your advertising ID or any personal data from AdMob, only aggregated reports (for example number of ads shown).
What is stored on your device
The app saves the following in the app's local storage:
- Your settings (for example number of opponents, sound, accessibility options).
- Your play-chip wallet, table stacks, statistics, unlocked tables, and any hand or round in progress.
- A local error log (last 50 errors: time, app version, error text). It contains no personal data.
This data never leaves your device (it is not sent with ad requests) unless you choose to copy it yourself (Settings: Back up progress; About: Report a problem). Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app deletes it.
Permissions
The app requests Internet access (used only for ads) and the advertising ID permission (added by the AdMob SDK). It requests no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). It contains simulated gambling themes. Ad requests are marked as not child-directed and limited to content rated Teen or lower. The developer does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Not real gambling
Chips have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, won, or cashed out. The app offers no prizes and no real-money gambling.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will ship with the app and the date above will change.
